Statement on COVID-19 and Telehealth

We have been notified by the State of Nevada, Office of the Governor, that the Declaration of Emergency for COVID-19 is terminated effective May 20, 2022. If you would like to see clients via telehealth, you must be licensed in the state of Nevada pursuant to NRS 629.515. Apply for licensure via reciprocity.

Pursuant to AB267, be on notice that effective 1/1/2024 all full licensees will be required to get six hours of CEUs in the area of Cultural Competency for license renewal. For full text of the bill, please visit NV Assembly Bill 267.
